It does not fetch live URLs (browsers block cross-origin page fetches for security) and it does not render CSS, images, or hyperlinks — only the text content of the HTML you paste. If you need a visual, styled capture of a real web page, your browser's own Print → Save as PDF (which runs in your logged-in, fully-rendered session) will do a better job.

Correct — only the visible text is extracted. Anchor tags and other markup are stripped, so links are not preserved as clickable PDF links.
