Convertify's Sign PDF tool supports three signature input methods: drawing a signature with your mouse or finger, typing your name in a signature-style font, or uploading a photo of your handwritten signature.
The signatures added by Convertify are electronic signatures — legally valid for most everyday documents under e-signature laws (ESIGN in the US, eIDAS in the EU, and equivalent laws in most countries). They are not digital signatures (which use cryptographic certificates for identity verification) and are not suitable for regulated-industry transactions that require qualified electronic signatures.

In most countries, yes — for standard commercial agreements. The ESIGN Act (US) and eIDAS Regulation (EU) give e-signatures the same legal weight as handwritten signatures for most contracts. Exceptions: wills, property transfers, and certain regulated financial and legal documents may require wet (physical) signatures or qualified electronic signatures with identity verification.

PDF print scaling can shift placed objects. In your print dialog, set 'Scale to fit' or 'Actual size' and confirm the page size matches the PDF's page dimensions before printing.
I want to sign multiple pages with initials.⌄
Add an initials text box or signature to the first page, then use the 'Apply to all pages' toggle, or copy and paste the initials block page by page. Multi-page signing for lengthy contracts is faster with the copy-across option.

If you drew the signature at small size in the drawing panel and then scaled it up on the page, quality degrades. Re-draw at larger size in the panel, or draw at the approximate final size from the start.
